Groups at Vibe

At Vibe Therapy, we believe in the power of connection and shared experiences. Our groups offer a safe and encouraging space to explore personal growth, develop coping skills, and navigate life's challenges alongside others who understand.

Our groups are facilitated by Mario Fernandez and Taylor McPherson, both of whom bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for creating supportive communities where individuals can thrive.

First-Gen Experience

Navigating the unique challenges and triumphs of being a first-generation immigrant can be both exciting and overwhelming. This in-person support group offers a safe and supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences, explore themes of identity, belonging, and cultural adaptation, and develop strategies for thriving in a new environment.

In-person every Wednesday from 7-8pm

Fee: $40

Adults with ADHD

Do you feel like your ADHD makes it difficult to stay organized, focused, or on track? This in-person support group is designed to provide support, education, and practical skills to help adults with ADHD manage their symptoms and live fulfilling lives. Learn strategies for improving time management, organization, and emotional regulation, and connect with others who understand your experiences.

In-person every Wednesday from 8-9pm

Fee: $40

What’s the difference between a “support” group and a “therapy” group?

Support groups are led by experienced peers who share similar experiences, creating a sense of community and understanding. At Vibe, our support groups are led by a qualified school counselor with over 2 decades in the education field. Support groups are not covered by insurance.

Therapy groups are led by a licensed therapist and use proven methods to teach you skills and help you deal with mental health challenges. Therapy groups are covered by many insurances.

If you enjoy connecting with others who share similar experiences, a support group might be a good fit. If you're seeking a more personalized approach to address specific concerns, a therapy group could be beneficial.

DBT Skills Group

This online therapy group is specifically for individuals with BPD and similar disorders who want to improve and apply Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. DBT is an evidence-based treatment that has been shown to be effective in helping people manage their emotions, improve their relationships, and reduce impulsive behaviors.
