We are passionate about providing free services to our community. As a part of this initiative, we have been taking a lot of joy and care creating our first workbook, which we have decided to call a Mindful Moments Journal. This book is meant for anyone from kids to adults, using language that doesn’t require any prior mental health knowledge. As we like to say at Vibe, therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical.
