How to Calculate Your Score
Add up the raw scores for the 5 questions (this will be a number between 0 and 25).
To get your percentage score, multiply the total by 4.
Your final score will be between 0 (worst possible well-being) and 100 (best possible well-being).
What Your Score Means
50 or Higher: This indicates a healthy level of well-being. You are likely coping well with current stressors.
Below 50: This suggests your well-being is lower than average. It might be time to check in with yourself or a therapist to see where you can add more support.
Below 28: This is a strong indicator of significant distress or depression. We highly recommend a professional consultation.
A Note from Vibe: This isn't a test you can "fail." It is a snapshot of your current energy. Well-being fluctuates, and seeing a lower score is just a signal from your body that it’s time for some extra care, but if you are in immediate distress or having thoughts of hurting yourself, please reach out for support. You are not alone, and help is available 24/7.
